Dear Luis:
Hello Luis, how are you doing? I hope that you are fine. It has been long time since we last talked. You never finish to tell me what happen with the problem with your girlfriend. Could you solve it? We need to get together to catch up. The reason why I’m writing you is because your sister told to my sister that you have serious problem with the IB program because your best friend was diagnosed cancer. I know that is a hard situation and also affects your IB scores but you don´t need to drop out all. I can give you some tips to star your first year of the IB program.
Me first advice is that you need to select the subjects in superior level that you make more easier because the subjects in superior level are more difficult than the other levels. If you have made your choice you can make some changes in your program subjects. This is an important decision because you can choose subjects in superior level that you don’t like or you are not much good, and other subjects that you like and you are good in a normal level or medium for example. This will give you an idea of what you will go to study at the university because you will know in what you are good.
One important thing is that you need to realize that you will spend a lot of time studying and another enormous hours working. Don´t freak out of this, you only need to organize yourself, and you need to do a schedule. With your schedule you will finish all your projects and works in time and you will have time to study for the exams. The key of this is been organized because the project, laboratories are not actually very difficult, you only need to have the time and dedication to do it. The benefit of doing this is that you will feel comfortable delivering everything on time without any concern or pressure. But the most important is that your will prepared to the university because you will might develop the ability to organize yourself to do the works in the university and also in your life.
I hope that this advice can help you in your IB program, if you take this advice I guarantee you that the IB will more easily. And I hope that your friend continues to better health and I know that you will know how to support it.
Sincerely you:
Danilo De Leon Coosemans
